Updates
Awards
- The Edit icon has been removed from the Awards list page. This icon is still available when viewing an award record.
Custom Reports
- The Awards reporting category now includes Close Out Date.
- The Grant Settings reporting category has been added which includes all fields from Post-Award>Grant Settings.
Expenses
- Negative expenses can now be added to personnel line items.
- The Expenses page was redesigned to improve performance. All columns can now be shown or hidden by clicking the Menu icon next to a column name and then hovering over Columns.
- The Export icon was temporarily removed. The Grant and Recipient Expense Detail Reports have been updated to include all expense data. These reports can be exported to Excel, CSV, PDF, and RTF.
Grants
- The Edit, Copy, and Delete icons were removed from Grants list pages. These icons are still available when viewing a grant record.
- The Edit and Delete icons were removed from the Grants Awarded list page. These icons are still available when viewing an award record.
- The Edit icon was removed from the Sub-Awards list page. This icon is still available when viewing a sub-award record.
Reports
- The Grant Expense Detail Report now has the following fields available: Origin, Total Budgeted, Responsible Individual, Created By, Created Date, Grant Funded, Cash Match, In-Kind Match, and Grant ID.
- The Recipient Expense Detail Report now has the following fields available: Origin, Total Budgeted, Responsible Individual, Created By, Created Date, Cash Match, In-Kind, and Grant ID.
Fixes
Payment Requests
- Payment request records are no longer being duplicated on Activity>Payment Request Approvals for Grant Managers.
- Payment requests are now populating correctly for Funder Grant Managers on awards.
