Awards

• Award budget line items and performance goals can now be imported without a Responsible Individual, which will indicate that the recipient organization is the responsible party.
• The Recipient Grant Manager will now be automatically assigned as Responsible Individual on any budget line items or performance goals where a Responsible Individual has not be identified.

Opportunities

• When applications are reopened and resubmitted, the original application submission date and any resubmitted dates are now captured.

• When republishing an opportunity with application submitted, only test applications will now be deleted.
