Percent changed goals are goals to track a percent increase or decrease. Percent changed goals are defined with a starting percent and a desired percent. When tracking progress against a percent changed goal, Responsible Individuals may capture Total Possible and Total Achieved percentages. An example of a percent change goal is “Decrease in Student Absences” with a starting absentee rate of 10%, and a goal absentee rate of 3%.
- Open Award Management>Awards.
- Click the (View Award icon) next to a lead recipient name.
- Open the Post-Award tab>Performance>Performance Plan.
- Click the (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
- In the pop-up window, select a Strategy (optional). This will link the goal to an existing strategy.
- In the Goal Type dropdown, select Percent Changed.
- Add the goal Name.
- Add the goal Description (optional).
- Select the Responsible Individual. This list pulls from the recipient's Contacts>Staff. The Responsible Individual can add achievements to the goal and is assigned system-generated tasks related to the goal.
- Add the Current Percent and Percent Desired.
- Click Create.
