Description: Through this training (recorded live on May 19, 2025), you'll learn how to configure and enroll payment requests into workflow for review. The new workflow engine features ability to assign to specific users, departments or roles and automations allowing status updates. During this 45-minute training, we will discuss the following topics:

• New workflow engine has been created as a new sub-menu: Workflow. Previous sub-menu has been renamed Workflow Classic.
• Learn how to build a workflow.
• Demonstrate how Payment Requests can be enrolled and routed through a Workflow for review.
• Payment Requests can be Approved or Rejected through Workflow Automation.
