Updates
Applicant Portal
- The Application Information section on the Project Information page has been updated for clarity. Total Amount of Award Requested has been updated to Award Requested and is now the grant-funded amount requested from the funder. The Calculated Amount of Match calculated fields have been updated to Match Requirement and include tooltips that show how the requirement is being calculated. The Total Amount of Match fields have been updated to Match Contributions. The Total Award Budget calculated field has been added which shows the sum of award requested and contributions.
- Budgets now include Budget View Settings. These allow users to show or hide the Non-Grant Funded column and line items on the budget view.
- Budgets now show the Revenue Budget below the proposed Expense Budget. The Revenue Budget pulls data from the Project Information page. The Expense Budget and Revenue Budget must balance before the budget can be marked as complete. The Revenue Budget is also included in the application download PDF.
- The budget can now be exported to Excel. This export is included when the application is downloaded.
- Match has been updated to Non-Grant Funded on budget and line items.
- The Description field has been updated to Narrative on line items.
Opportunities
- Application budgets now include Budget View Settings in Application Materials and when scoring the budget. These allow users to show or hide the Non-Grant Funded column and line items on the budget view.
- Application budgets now show the Revenue Budget below the proposed Expense Budget in Application Materials and when scoring the budget. The Revenue Budget is also included in the application download PDF.
- Application budgets can now be exported to Excel. This export is included when the application is downloaded.
