02.13.2020 Release Notes: Left Navigation, Icons, and Grant Details

Updates

Amendments

• The amendment creation pop-up window has been removed. When creating new amendments, users must activate each desired amendment type before adding information.

Awards

• Field names, calculations, and tooltips in the Award Status section on the Award Details page have been updated for clarity. For more information, see the Grant and Award Details Update Factsheet.

Grants

• Field names, calculations, and tooltips in the Grant Information and Status section on the Grant Details page have been updated for clarity. For more information, see the Grant and Award Details Update Factsheet.

Icons

• The Left Navigation Panel icons have been updated to be more intuitive, and duplicative icons across AmpliFund were replaced. For more information, see the Icon Update Factsheet.

Left Navigation Panel

• The left navigation can now be collapsed to show just the module navigation icons. Hovering over the icon will show the module name. Clicking the icon or module name will show the module's menu. For more information, see our Left Navigation and Icon Overview Video.

Reports

• Column headers on the Grant Budget Variance, Opportunity Funding Report, Post-Award Status, Recipient Budget Variance, Sub-Award Funding Report, and Sub-Recipient Budget Variance reports have been updated to match the corresponding fields on the Grant, Award, and Sub-Award Details pages.

Sub-Awards

• Field names, calculations, and tooltips in the Award Status section on the Sub-Award Details page have been updated for clarity. For more information, see the Grant and Award Details Update Factsheet.

UI

• The Back tab was removed across AmpliFund. To return to a previous page in AmpliFund, users can use their browser's Back or History functionality.

Fixes

AmpliFund Logo

• The AmpliFund logo has been updated to appear correctly across all browsers.

Applicant Portal

• Wide tables on application forms now have a horizontal scroll bar.
