Administration

• Users with an existing Staff email can no longer be created.

Funds

• Funds can now be purged without error message.
• Fund document folders have been created for any fund records that did not already have a fund folder.

Grants

• Post-award grants can now be purged without error message.

Payment Authorizations

• Validation error message now displays when a user attempts to import a payment authorization linked to a rejected payment request.
