Budget

• Budget exports now show categories. Categories without line items can now be exported.

Fixes

Applicant Portal

• Organization logo now appears on all opportunity pages.
• New and registered users can now apply to and save all opportunities without error message.
• Applicants can now delete performance goals on opportunities.

Competitive Award Management

• Opportunity application help settings can now be modified without error message.

Documents

• Funders and recipients can no longer delete each other's files that have been added to a user-created sub-folder in a grant Public folder.
• Deleted grant folders no longer appear in Documents.

Sub-awards

• Sub-awards can now be created from grants without error message.
