Updates

Documents>Staff has been added to the Documents navigation. This contains all document files attached to staff and staff-related records.
Document>Administration now contains Time & Effort Certifications and Expense Import folders. The Time & Effort Certifications folder contains all certified timesheets. The Expense Imports folder contains all imported expense templates.
System-generated grant folders have been added to align with the grant tab navigation structure. As such, expense attachments are now located the grant folder's Expenses folder, following this folder path: Post-Award/Financial/Expenses. Previously expense attachments were located in the grant's Budget folder. Similarly, achievement attachments are now located the grant folder's Achievements folder, following this folder path: Post-Award/Performance/Achievements. Previously achievement attachments were located in the grant's Performance folder. For more information, see the Document Management User Guide.
Folders that contain sub-folders and files can now be deleted. They will require an additional prompt to confirm deletion.
Documents item-specific dropdown menus have been replaced with item-specific icons.
The grant Public folder has been removed. Funders can now view all recipient-added documents in their sub-award folder.
Document create and folder create are now two separate icons and pop-up windows.
The Document list page columns have been updated.

Numeric goal no longer allows decimal values (must be whole numbers). The Applicant Portal User Guide has been updated to reflect these changes.
When there is no match requirement on the opportunity, the Cash Match and In-Kind Match columns no longer appear on application PDF download.

Documents folders can no longer be created with a blank name.
Fund Admin and Fund Users now have access to Documents>Funds and >Grants.
Project Admin and Project Users now have access to Documents>Projects and Documents>Grants.
