Performance plans contain programmatic measurable items used to define the success of the overall grant. The performance plan consists of goals and overarching strategies that link goals together. Goals can be created by Organizational Administrators, Department Admin, and Grant Managers.
- Open Grant Management>Grants>All Grants.
- Click a grant name.
- Open the Pre-Award tab>Submission Performance Plan.
- Click the (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
- In the pop-up window, select a Strategy (optional). This will link the goal to an existing strategy.
- In the Goal Type dropdown, select Reimbursement.
- Check the Add as Budget Line Item checkbox to add the goal to the grant’s expense budget.
Note: If selected, any changes to the goal will be automatically reflected in the grant’s budget. - Add the goal Name.
- Add the goal Description (optional).
- Select the Responsible Individual. This list pulls from Contacts>Staff. The Responsible Individual can add achievements to the goal and is assigned system-generated tasks related to the goal.
- Add the Rate Per Achievement in dollars.
- Add the Number To Be Achieved.
- Click Save.
