How To Download a Document

One or more files may be uploaded into a folder at a time. Each file must be smaller than 1GB. Files uploaded to an object's Tools tab>Documents will also appear in Documents.

1. Open Documents>folder.
2. Click the  (Download icon) next to a file name.
