Opportunity records include details about the application, customizable forms, and templates for applicants to submit proposed budgets and performance plans.
Program funding can be added after a fund opportunity has been created. Program funding for grant opportunities cannot be edited.
- Open Award Management>Fund Opportunities.
- Click a fund opportunity.
- In the Funding Information section, click the + (Add icon) next to the Total Program Funding amount.
- In the pop-up window, select Funding Type.
- Select funding source Name.
- Add amount that will be Committed to Program. This will update the Total Program Funding amount displayed.
- Click Add.

- Open Award Management>Fund Opportunities.
- Click a fund opportunity.
- Open the Configuration tab>Program Funding.
- Click the + (Add icon) in the Icon Bar.
- In the pop-up window, select Funding Type.
- Select funding source Name.
- Add amount that will be Committed to Program. This will update the Total Program Funding amount displayed.
- Click Add.
