11.02.2015 Release Notes

This week’s release includes several fixes to customer-specific functionality. In addition, general improvements and fixes this week include:

Performance Plan Report Additions and Improvements (Reports > Post-Award)
- A Grant Goal Achievement Report has been added to the system.
  - Generates a performance report showing achievements entered against performance goals for the selected grant within the specified time period and optionally filtered by goal.
- Grant Performance Variance Report links to the Grant Goal Achievement Report
  - Functioning similar to the overall and detailed views of the the Grant Budget Variance Report and Grant Line Item Expense Report by Line Item
- Performance Variance Report Improvements include additional columns to display on report: strategy, number of achievement records and end date.
Improvements to email manager
- Email addresses must be selected from To, CC or BCC selectors. Individual email addresses may not be typed into the field.
Direct cost is now a required field in the budget import process
Budget Delegations Update: The order that delegations are listed has been revised. First will come the responsible delegation as listed on the budget line item. Following the responsible individual, additional delegations will be listed in alphabetical order.
