Payment Requests

• Recipients can now edit and resubmit rejected payment requests, without the system generating a new payment request record. All data is retained upon edit.
• The Payment Request History now shows amounts that were submitted and rejected.

Fixes

Custom Forms

• Recipient-only custom form extensions with required fields no longer show validation errors to the funder.

Project

• As a short-term fix for performance issues when budget is in Project view, the budget will always default to Category view.
