Updates

Budget

• Users can now view Actuals and Remaining columns on the post-award budget for Grant-Funded, Match, and Total budget. These columns can be shown or hidden as desired. These calculations include all expenses in a Closed, Reviewed, Payment Requested, or Paid status.
• Users can now filter actuals by expense date on the post-award budget.

Payment Requests

• Payment Requests now show a Remaining column in Financial Detail section. This column shows the remaining grant-funded amount for the category. This calculation includes any approved, pending, and currently added expenses for the category.
• Payment Requests now show a Remaining column in the Category expenses pop-up window. This column shows the remaining grant-funded amount for each line item. This calculation includes any approved, pending, and currently added expenses for the line item.

Fixes

Grants

• Users can now add and remove indirect cost rates from Grant Budget Settings.

Opportunities

• Funders can no longer save or access unsubmitted test applications on a published opportunity.
