    When I try to add a county employee, Christine Nauman, I get thus error message 

    An individual with email address 'cnauman@latahcountyid.gov' already exists. Please use a different Email Address. An individual with email address 'cnauman@latahcountyid.gov' already exists; please use a different email address.

    Steve, try clearing the filters on the status on your user grid. We experienced that several times and the user had a status of "disabled" so they were being filtered out. You will then go in and edit their record and change them to "enabled."
