11.16.2017 Release Notes

Competitive Sub-Awards have been added; below is a summary of the updates and changes. These updates affect the Grant Management User Guide and the Fund Management User Guide.

New

Grant Management

• The Funding Opportunities list has been added. This list displays all opportunities with at least one grant as a funding source.
• The Grant Opportunities list has been added. This list displays all competitive opportunities for sub-awards related to a received grant.
• The Sub-Awards list has been added. This list displays sub-awards your organization has awarded.
• Users can now create an award that has a grant funding source directly from Post-Award>Funding Opportunities.

Updates

Fund Management

• The Opportunities list has been renamed. It is now Fund Opportunities.

Grant Management

• The New Sub-Grants list has been removed. It is replaced by the Sub-Awards list.

Help

• The Help pop-up window has been updated and now includes an option to attach documentation or images.

Fixes

Grant Sub-Awards

• The Awarded Amount column has been removed, as it showed the same information as Awarded Budget Amount.
