How To Unlock a Locked User Account

AmpliFund uses your email address as your username. Once created, a user cannot change their username. However, they can update their primary email address as necessary.

A user's account may become locked after exceeding the maximum number of incorrect logins as set in License Information>Settings.

1. Open Administration>System Security>Users.
2. Click a locked user name.
3. Click the  (Unlock Account icon) in the Icon Bar.
4. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Confirm.
