The Organizations list shows all organizations records created in AmpliFund.
- Open Contacts>Organizations.
- Click the + (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
- Add the organization Name.
- Add the organization’s DBA Name (optional). This is another name that the organization does business under.
- Select the Organization Type.
- Add a primary address (optional).
- Add a primary email address.
- Add a primary Phone Type and phone number (optional).
- Add a DUNS Number (optional). This is a Data Universal Numbering System number.
- Add an organization’s Website (optional).
- Add an organization’s Submission Website for online submission (optional).
- Add a Submission Website Username and Submission Website Password for your organization (optional).
- Select a Funding Cycle.
- Add a Funding Cycle Description (optional).
- Add an organization Description (optional).
- Add a Unique Identifier (optional).
- Select the record Status as Enabled. If the record Disabled, it will not appear in the Organizations list or any reports.
- Click Create.
