Each organization record contains contact information for mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Note: Only one address, email address, and phone number can be marked as primary for a record.
- Open Contacts>Organizations.
- Click an organization name.
- Open the Contact Info tab>Addresses, >Email Addresses, or >Phone Numbers.
- Click the (Mark as Primary icon) next to contact details.
- In the confirmation pop-up window, click Mark.
