How To Mark an Organization Relationship as Primary

Organizations can be linked to individuals (external to your organization) through relationships. You can also view relationships by organization with the Relationship Report (by organization) in Reports>Pre-Award.

1. Open Contacts>Organizations.
2. Click an organization name.
3. Open the Relationships tab>Individuals.
4. Click the  (Mark as Primary icon) next to an individual name.
   
    Note: Only one individual can be marked as primary for a record
5. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Mark.
