How To Add an Individual Relationship

Individuals can be linked to organizations and other individuals (external to your organization) through relationships. You can also view relationships by organization with the Relationship Report (by organization) in Reports>Pre-Award.

1. Open Contacts>Individuals.
2. Click a display name.
3. Open the Relationships tab>Organizations or >Individuals.
4. Click the  (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
5. Add the entity's Relationship to the individual (optional).
6. Check the checkboxes to select the organization(s) or individual(s) to add. This list pulls from Contacts>Organizations or Contacts>Individuals, respectively.
   
7. Click Add.
