For clients with the Time and Effort Certification module
Timesheets allow grant-funded staff to report their actual time spent on awards. Staff members submit timesheets to their supervisor for approval and certification. Users will only be able to view their timesheets.
Staff members record their time on a monthly basis by default. The reporting frequency can be changed to weekly on each staff’s details page (Contacts>Staff>staff name).
- Open Activity>Timesheets>Active.
- Click the (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
- In the pop-up window, select a Timesheet Interval.
- Click Create.
- Select to add your time in Hours or Percentage.
- If Percentage, add Total Hours Worked for the time period in the Time Entry section.
- Add your time in hours or percentage (do not include % symbol).
- Add Notes for each line or for the timesheet (optional).
- Click Select files... to add any attachments.
- Click Save.
