Additional information related to the contact record may be stored as a Note. Each note may include a title, note date, text, and an attachment.
- Open the Contacts module.
- Select a contact type in the Left Navigation Panel.
- Click a contact name.
- Open the Tools tab>Notes.
- Click the (Create icon) in the Icon Bar.
- Add a Title.
- Select a Note Date (optional).
- Select a Note Type (optional). This list pulls from Administration>Lists>Note Types.
- Add the note Body.
- Click Select files… to upload a file from your computer (optional).
- Click Create.
