Note: Purged records cannot be restored or recovered.
Prerequisite: User record must be deleted.
Deleted user records can be purged to permanently remove them from AmpliFund. Once purged, a user would need to be re-added in order to regain access to AmpliFund.
- Open Administration>System Security>Users.
- Click the (Menu icon) in the Status column.
- Hover over Filter to show filter menu.
- In the filter menu, click Clear to show deleted and disabled workflow instances.
- Click a deleted user display name.
- Click the (Purge icon) in the Icon Bar.
- In the confirmation pop-up window, click Purge.
