How To Disable a User

Disabling a user record removes it from the User list. Disabled user records can be enabled at any time. Once a user record is disabled, the user will no longer be able to log in to AmpliFund. Disabling the record is recommended for temporarily suspending a user's access to AmpliFund.

1. Open Administration>System Security>Users.
2. Click on a user display name.
3. Click the  (Edit icon) in the Icon Bar.
4. In the Record Information section, select Disabled in the Status dropdown.
   
5. Click Update.
