How To Copy a Workflow Instance

For clients with Competitive Award Management or Workflow

The Workflow module allows clients to build customized workflows to match business processes. Workflow instances are comprised of queues (phases or stopping points) and actions. For more information about the Workflow module, see the AmpliFund Workflow User Guide.

Copying a workflow instance will copy all workflow queues, actions, and responsible users contained in that instance.

1. Open Administration>System Administration>Workflow.
2. Click the  (Copy icon) next to a workflow instance name.
   
3. Update the information as necessary.
4. Click Copy.
