How To View a Workflow Action

For clients with the Workflow module and/or the Competitive Award Management module

The Workflow list shows any workflow items requiring action. Items that are ready for your action will appear on your list. You will also receive an email notification when you have workflow actions to complete. Once the object moves out of the workflow queue containing your action, the item will no longer appear on your list.

1. Open Activity>Workflow.
2. Click on a workflow action name.
