Tasks track the completion of responsibilities that are not programmatic achievements, expenses, or workflow responsibilities. Tasks can be system-generated or user-created.
Once a task has been assigned, the assignee(s) will receive up to three email reminders based on the task settings. Once a task is completed, no further email reminders will be sent. If a task is not completed by its due date, daily email reminders will be sent to the assignee until the task is completed.
- Open Activity>Tasks.
- Click the (Mark as Complete icon) next to a task name.
- In the confirmation pop-up window, click Mark as Complete.

- Open Activity>Calendar.
- Click on a task.
- In the pop-up window, click Mark as Completed.

- Open Activity>Tasks.
- Select task checkboxes.
- Click the (Mark as Complete icon) under Actions.
- In the pop-up window, click Mark as Complete.
