Updates

Competitive Award Management

• Submission open and close dates now include times and time zones. All existing opportunities have a default open time of 12:00 a.m. and close time of 11:30 p.m. EST. Users can update the times and time zones as needed.

Reports

• The Sub-Award Performance Variance Report is now the Recipient Performance Variance Report. The report now has the option to report on Opportunity or Fund, in addition to Grant. If the Recipient has received multiple awards for the grant, opportunity, or fund, there is now a required Award Name field. This allows the report to filter to a single award.

Fixes

Administration

• Users can now add, edit, and delete multiple budget categories on Administration>Budget Categories before clicking Update.

Competitive Award Management

• All application form required fields now display error messages if not filled when the form is submitted.
• Applications cannot be submitted after the submission close date, even if they were started before the close date.

Funder-Recipient Interaction

• Viewing a grant from a task on the calendar now takes the user to the grant award details page.

Grant Details

• When the length of award or end date is changed, the allocation fields on budget line items or performance plan goals will now be added or removed to reflect that change. Users will need to manually adjust those allocations accordingly.
